Sheffali is a passionate advocate with a strong commitment to justice and unwavering dedication to helping her clients. 

Sheffali graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University, with LLM in Canadian Common Law, and completed her bachelor’s in law (BBA.LLB) from a reputed University in Delhi, India. During her time in law school, she actively pursued her passion for advocating the rights of vulnerable individuals by volunteering with Pro Bono Students Canada and the Legal Aid Clinic in India.

Prior to joining Sokoloff, she articled at a boutique personal injury firm in Toronto where she worked extensively in all facets of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation and gained valuable experience successfully representing clients before the Superior Court of Justice. Fluent in Hindi and Punjabi, Sheffali is committed to serving diverse communities.

Beyond the courtroom, Sheffali enjoys sketching, playing board games with her family, and traveling.
